1.1 1.1> Where can I find information about the product?

In the product and under the header information you can find important information about the size and shape of the product. The fit is normal unless otherwise stated. If you have any doubts about a product, please send us an email with all your questions!

1.2 1.2> The product is sold out, is it coming back?

We are always working hard to regain the stock of popular Vegan Fashion. For us it is always a surprise if and when it succeeds. Therefore, we unfortunately can not answer questions about the stock.

1.3 1.3> How do I place an order?

The ordering process is very simple! Choose your product, choose the right size, then click 'Add to Cart'.
The product is now placed in your cart. Is your basket completely to your liking then you can now click on 'proceed to checkout'. Follow the steps to complete your order. Once your order has been paid you will receive a confirmation email. We ship your purchase as soon as possible and this can be followed with Track & Trace.

2 Sending
2.1 2.1> Within what period comes an order?

We do our best to deliver the order as soon as possible to your home. If you order on weekdays before 12:00 will be sent the same day! In the weekends (and if you live outside the Netherlands) you need a little extra patience. You can follow your order with Track & Trace.

2.2 2.2> Why didn't I receive an order confirmation?

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation. No mail? Look first in your junk mail. If you do not find it there then there is probably something wrong with filling in your details.
Check in your account if you filled in the right address. Your order not found in your account? Then your order probably did it without account and address.

2.3 2.3> Can I change or cancel my order?

After placing your order, it is not possible to change it or cancel. We process all orders immediately so that we can send your Vegan Fashion ASAP!

2.4 2.4> Where is my order?

The shipping confirmation you received with your tracking number, is to track your order.

Have you not received a confirmation from us, please send an email to We will check for you ASAP!

3 Returns
3.1 3.1> How can I exchange or return my product?

Step 1 Register
Sign return by sending an email to mentioned your name, order number, product and reason for return (optional).
Would you swap your Vegan Fashion for a different size? That's no problem! Sign exchange by sending an email to Mention your name, order number and the product is returned.
After you've signed your return we will make sure you can buy the right size (if in stock). You will receive one gift card code t.w.v. € 4.95 to cover shipping costs of your next order!
Step 2 Return send
You can then send the return (at their own expense) to the following postal address in Zandvoort. We should have received the return within 14 days after the order date.

NOTE: Be sure the packing slip does not add to your return.

Step 3: Get credit note
If we receive your return, we will send you a credit note by email. You can expect the money within 7 days on your account, credit card or PayPal account.

- If the product is worn or damaged, we can not take them back.
- The costs of return are for the consignor.
- Earrings, underwear and other similar items we can not take back because of hygiene rules.

3.2 3.2> My item is damaged, incomplete or incorrectly delivered, what should I do?

All Vegan Fashion items purchased is a guarantee of four weeks after receipt. Mail us the complaint, the order number and photo of complaint and send it to We will your complaint as soon as possible to take into consideration.

You can not claim the warranty:
* Damage by intent or negligence
* Exceptional wear
* Damage from not following the ironing and washing instructions
* The battery of the article should be replaced
Wrongly delivered:
Did you receive a wrong size or a different product than ordered. Please contact our customer service via Once we receive your email, we will ensure that your product will be sent as soon as possible.
Is there an article missing? Please contact our customer service Do not panic! We'll find out as soon as possible where it remains article.
